David B. Pastor

Attorney & Counselor at Law

My decision to become an attorney was made at an early age. In high school, I helped out with my father’s law firm, and I was innately drawn to both the intricacies of the law and the meaningful relationships my father had with his clients. Today, my mission is to uphold the legacy of excellence my father established years ago.

Though there are many other areas I could’ve chosen to practice, I have always felt drawn toward estate and elder law due to the personal nature in which I am able to help clients in this field.

At the end of the day, nothing matters more than our loved ones. Therefore, I am honored to be able to guide families through some of their most difficult times and help them come out stronger than before. I have a true calling for this line of work, and I care deeply for all of my clients. No matter the case or client, I work to obtain the best possible result, and I couldn’t imagine practicing any other way.

What an Estate Administration Attorney Can Do for You

Keep Stress to
a Minimum

Losing a loved one is difficult in and of itself. When an attorney helps with the asset distribution process, you are freed to simply focus on healing.

Resolve the Matter Efficiently

When you are left to manage probate or trust administration without the help of a professional, it may carry on longer than necessary.

Prevent Disputes
from Arising

Disagreements can surface unexpectedly when you are not aware of what to watch out for, but I work to proactively eliminate them.

Complete the process with a trusted ally on your side.

Estate planning, administration, and dispute resolution are all immensely personal matters. Therefore, it is crucial that you not only select an attorney who is knowledgeable about the law. Rather, it is important to partner with someone who you also feel a genuine connection with, someone who has your best interests at heart.

Though it’s only wise to decide if I’m the attorney for you after meeting together in person, you can rest assured that I have assisted many others along the same path. I’m proud to be known as a well-established resource in the Walnut Creek community, and I’d love to carry on this tradition of service with you and your family.
